Quality Control Measure definition

Quality Control Measure means the annual performance measure(s) set forth for each Participant on Addendum A to this Agreement.

  • Emission Control Strategy means any device, system, or strategy employed with a diesel-fueled CI engine that is intended to reduce emissions. Examples of emission control strategies include, but are not limited to, particulate filters, diesel oxidation catalysts, selective catalytic reduction systems, alternative fuels, fuel additives used in combination with particulate filters, alternative diesel fuels, and combinations of the above.

  • Traffic control device means a flagger, sign, signal, marking, or other device used to regulate, warn or guide traffic, placed on, over, or adjacent to a street, highway, private road open to public travel, pedestrian facility, or shared-use path by authority of a public agency or official having jurisdiction, or, in the case of a private road open to public travel, by authority of the private owner or private official having jurisdiction.

  • Flip-In Trigger Date shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(a)(iii) hereof.
