If a Qualifying Shareholder does not take up any of his/her/its entitlement in full under the Rights Issue, his/her/its proportionate shareholding in the Company will be diluted.
The Offeror has agreed that the Company will be entitled to declare and pay the Distribution to each Qualifying Shareholder, including, for the avoidance of doubt, the Vendor and SomaFlex Holdings.
