qualifying central counterparty definition

qualifying central counterparty means a person or company to which all of the following apply:
qualifying central counterparty or ‘QCCP’ means a central counterparty that has been either authorised in accordance with Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No 648/2012 or recognised in accordance with Article 25 of that Regulation;
qualifying central counterparty or ‘QCCP’ means qualifying central counterparty as defined in Article 4(1)(88) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;
