Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist definition

Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed pharmacist in the state of Mississippi who is certified by the Mississippi State Department of Health, Division of Radiological Health, or who meets the following standards:
Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a pharmacist who holds a current license issued by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, and who is certified as a nuclear pharmacist by a certification board recognized by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy, or satisfies each of the following requirements:
Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist means a currently licensed pharmacist in the state of Rhode Island, who is certified as a nuclear pharmacist by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, or who meets the following standards:

  • A Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist shall be responsible for all operations of the Pharmacy and shall be in personal attendance at all times that the Pharmacy is open for business.

  • A License to operate a Pharmacy providing radiopharmaceutical services shall only be issued to a Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist.

  • All personnel performing tasks in the preparation and distribution of radioactive drugs shall be under the direct supervision of a Qualified Nuclear Pharmacist.
