Qualified IPO Closing Date definition

Qualified IPO Closing Date shall have the meaning specified in section 8.2.
Qualified IPO Closing Date means the closing date of the Qualified Initial Public Offering as provided for in the underwriting agreement related to such Qualified Initial Public Offering.

  • IPO Closing Date means the closing date of the IPO.
