Purchaser Units definition

Purchaser Units means the units issued in the IPO consisting of one (1) share of Purchaser Class A Common Stock and one (1) Purchaser Public Warrant.

Purchaser Units means Purchaser Private Units and Purchaser Public Units, collectively.

• For any matter on which the Company may vote in its capacity as a member of Bruin Purchaser, the Managing Member shall vote all Bruin Purchaser Units the Company holds on any such matter as directed by the Members holding Class A Units in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests.

• The purpose for which the Company is organized is (i) to acquire and hold Bruin Purchaser Units and any matters incidental thereto and (ii) any other activities that may be lawfully conducted by a limited liability company under the Act.
