Examples of Purchased Content in a sentence

  • The License to Purchased Content and any updates Customer receives is perpetual, and may only be revoked if Customer materially breaches this Agreement, or if the licensed materials contain errors or could be subject to an infringement or other adverse claim by a third party.

  • In consideration of the Continuing Service Fee, ProQuest will provide Customer and its Authorized Users with online access to the Purchased Content, plus any included updates, on a proprietary platform designed to enhance the research experience (a “ProQuest Platform”).

  • If Customer loses the ability to access its Purchased Content online through ProQuest (e.g., if ProQuest discontinues online access services), or if the Purchased Content is otherwise eligible for local loading, Customer may obtain digital copies upon certifying that it will secure and restrict use of the Purchased Content as contemplated under this Agreement, using systems and technology at least as protective as ProQuest’s.

  • The terms of this License shall govern all such Purchased Content.

  • Subject to any content-specific restrictions, Customer and its Authorized Users may extract and compile data from locally-loaded copies of the Purchased Content solely for Customer’s teaching, learning, and research purposes.

  • In order to view Purchased Content, you may be required to download and install additional software on your Compatible Devices.

  • Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest in any Purchased Content is transferred to you.

  • Under this Agreement, the MIT Press grants unlimited access to the full text of the Purchased Content on the MIT Press Direct platform to the Purchasing Institution’s Authorized Users.

  • All Purchased Content downloaded or purchased through your compatible set-top-box or other Compatible Device may be available to other users and user accounts associated with your DISH account, on any set-top-box or Compatible Device used by those users.

  • Periodically, you may need to connect your device to the Internet in order to watch downloaded Purchased Content.
