Public Body Employee definition

Public Body Employee means any employees, officers, directors, members, managers, trustees, volunteers, attorneys, representatives of Public Body, licensees, concessionaires, contractors, subcontractors, independent contractors, agents, and/or any such persons’ successors or predecessors (whether such persons act or acted in their personal, representative or official capacities), and/or any persons acting by, through, under, or in concert with any of the above who use or have access to the funds provided under this Agreement. "Public Body Employee" shall also include any person who was a Public Body Employee at any time during the term of this Agreement but, for any reason, is no longer employed, appointed, or elected in that capacity.

Services provided under this Agreement. "Public Body Employee" shall also include any person who was a Public Body Employee at any time during the term of this Agreement but, for any reason, is no longer employed, appointed, or elected in that capacity.

"Public Body Employee" shall also include any person who was a Public Body Employee at any time during the term of this Agreement but, for any reason, is no longer employed, appointed, or elected in that capacity.

  • Public employee means an individual holding a position by appointment or employment in the government of this state, in the government of 1 or more of the political subdivisions of this state, in the public school service, in a public or special district, in the service of an authority, commission, or board, or in any other branch of the public service, subject to the following exceptions:
