Proved Undeveloped definition

Proved Undeveloped and “Proved Developed Non Producing”: will have the meaning given under the Definitions for Oil and Gas Reserves promulgated by the Society of Petroleum Engineers (or any generally recognized successors), and the references to “Behind Pipe” and “Shut-in” will have the meaning used in such Definitions.
Proved Undeveloped or “PUD(s)” means proved reserves that are expected to be recovered from new wells on undrilled acreage, or from existing wells where a relatively major expenditure is required for recompletion.
Proved Undeveloped. Reserves shall have the meanings set forth in Regulation S-X ("Accounting Rules Form and Content of Financial Statements"), Rule 4-10 ("Financial Accounting and Reporting for Oil and Gas Producing Activities Pursuant to the Federal Securities Laws and the Energy Policy and Conservation Act of 1975") as follows: PROVED DEVELOPED OIL AND GAS RESERVES. Proved developed oil and gas reserves are reserves that can be expected to be recovered through existing wells with exis▇▇▇▇ equipment and operating methods. Additional oil and gas expected to be obtained through the application of fluid injection or other improved recovery techniques for supplementing the natural forces and mechanisms of primary recovery should be included as proved developed reserves only after testing by a pilot project or after the operation of an installed program has confirmed through production response that increased recovery will be achieved.

  • The term "PUD Locations" means those Proved Undeveloped potential well locations specifically identified in Exhibit D.

  • The aggregate value of the Credo Entities’ Proved Undeveloped Reserves (Present Worth at 10%) as set forth in the most recent Engineering Report furnished to Agent pursuant to §7.4(k).

  • The Reserve Report shall be prepared by one or more Approved Petroleum Engineers evaluating the Proved Developed Producing Reserves, Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves and Proved Undeveloped Reserves for the Oil and Gas Properties of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

  • If the semi-annual Reserve Report pursuant to this Section 2.8.3 is not prepared by an Approved Engineer, the assumptions and methodology used for, among other things, classifying the reserves as Proved Developed Producing; Proved Developed Non-producing and Proved Undeveloped shall be consistent with the assumptions used by the Approved Engineer in its most recent report.

  • If the semi-annual Reserve Report pursuant to this Section 7.2.2(c) is not prepared by an Approved Engineer, the assumptions and methodology use for, among other things, classifying the reserves as Proved Developed Producing; Proved Developed Non-producing and Proved Undeveloped shall be consistent with the assumptions used by the Approved Engineer in its most recent report.

  • Proved Reserves means oil and gas reserves that, in accordance with Petroleum Industry Standards, are classified as both “Proved Reserves” and one of the following: (a) “Developed Producing Reserves”, (b) “Developed Non-Producing Reserves” or (c) “Undeveloped Reserves”.

  • Proved Developed Producing Reserves means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Producing” in the Definitions, “Proved Developed Nonproducing Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as both “Developed” and “Nonproducing” in the Definitions, and “Proved Undeveloped Reserves” means Proved Reserves which are categorized as “Undeveloped” in the Definitions.
