Prospective International Interest definition

Prospective International Interest means an interest that is intended to be created or provided for in an object as an international interest in the future, upon the occurrence of a stated event (which may include the debtor’s acquisition of an interest in the object), whether or not the occurrence of the event is certain;

Prospective International Interest has the meaning ascribed to the defined term “prospective international interest” under the Cape Town Treaty.

Prospective International Interest shall have the meaning given in the Cape Town Convention.

• On the Closing Date, after giving effect to the filing of the FAA Filed Documents, the filing of the Financing Statements and the registration of the International Interest (or Prospective International Interest) of the Mortgagee in the Airframe and each Engine with the International Registry, Mortgagee shall have received a duly perfected first priority security interest in all of Owner’s right, title and interest in the Aircraft, subject only to Permitted Liens.

• Neither any Owner nor any sublessee in connection with a Disclosed Existing Sublease has granted to any person other than the Administrative Agent an International Interest, national interest, Prospective International Interest, lien, de- registration power of attorney or a de-registration and export request authorization with respect to any Aircraft, Airframe, Engine or Spare Engine other than any Permitted Collateral Liens.

Prospective International Interest is defined in the Cape Town Treaty.

Prospective International Interest has the meaning ascribed to the defined term “prospective international interest” under the Cape Town Treaty. Annex A (2019-1 EETC) N976JT “Purchase Agreement” means that certain Purchase Agreement, dated October 19, 2011, between Airbus S.A.S. and Company, as the same may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time in accordance with its terms.

Prospective International Interest is defined in the Convention. PUE: a “professional user entity” as defined in the International Registry Regulations.

Prospective International Interest shall have the meaning given it in the Aircraft Protocol.
