Prospect Customer definition
Prospect Customer means an entity or individual that neither maintains an existing trading relationship with Silica nor has an account to access the Services, but wishes to access, upon registration according to Section 3.2, information on "User" means a Customer's or Prospect Customer's employee and/or agent acting within the scope of a formal employment or agency relationship authorised by the Customer or the Prospect Customer to use the Services and for whom Silica provides a "Service” means the information services described in Section 2.1.
Examples of Prospect Customer in a sentence
For sake of clarity, no such demonstration equipment may be used for customer trials, nor installed at the site of any Valid Prospect, Customer or any other third party, but may be used on-site by NEUROMetrix’s sales personnel for real-time demonstrations operated by such sales personnel while on the premises of the Valid Prospect or Customer.
