Proprietary Rating System means the five-level numeric rating system used by the Borrower to rate the credit profile and expected level of returns on Portfolio Investments as described in the Borrower’s Form 10-Q filed with the SEC on January 31February 8, 20112012, as may be amended pursuant to a Permitted Policy Amendment.
