Property Specially Benefited definition

Property Specially Benefited means property benefited by a particular Public Improvement and situated either: (1) within the platted area in which the Public Improvement is situated or (2) outside such platted area in which such Public Improvement is situated but within the corporate limits of DISTRICT and within 300 feet of said platted area.

Related to Property Specially Benefited

  • Damage to Property means physical injury to or destruction of tangible property, including the loss of its use. Tangible property includes the cost of recreating or replacing stocks, bonds, deeds, mortgages, bank deposits and similar instruments, but does not include the value represented by such instruments.

  • Severe property damage means substantial physical damage to property, damage to the treatment facilities which would cause them to become inoperable, or substantial and permanent loss of natural resources which can reasonably be expected to occur in the absence of a bypass. Severe property damage does not mean economic loss caused by delays in production.

  • Tenant’s Personal Property means all motor vehicles, Inventories, FAS and any other tangible personal property of Tenant, if any, acquired by Tenant at its election and with its own funds on and after the date hereof and located at the Leased Property or used in Tenant's business at the Leased Property and all modifications, replacements, alterations and additions to such personal property installed at the expense of Tenant, other than any items included within the definition of Proprietary Information.

  • Improvement Fund means the Improvement Fund for General Obligation Temporary Notes, Series 2017-1 created pursuant to Section 501 hereof.

  • Property Income means cash rents (excluding non-cash straight-line rent) and other cash revenues received by the Borrower or a Guarantor in the ordinary course for any Property, but excluding security deposits and prepaid rent except to the extent applied in satisfaction of tenants’ obligations for rent.

  • Leased Personal Property shall have the meaning given such term in Section 2.1(e).

  • ILUA Area means the geographical area in relation to which the Framework ILUA applies, as specified in Schedule 2 of the Framework ILUA;

  • Affordable Housing Cost means an amount satisfied by:

  • Release Property shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.6 hereof.

  • Premises Building Partial Damage means if the Building of which the Premises are a part is damaged or destroyed to the extent that the cost to repair is less than fifty percent of the then replacement cost of the Building.

  • Personal Property Taxes All personal property taxes imposed on the furniture, furnishings or other items of personal property located on, and used in connection with, the operation of the Leased Improvements as a hotel (other than Inventory and other personal property owned by the Lessee), together with all replacements, modifications, alterations and additions thereto.
