Property defects definition

Property defects means the conditions that, in the judgment of the municipality, contribute to blight as a result of the continued lack of care, maintenance or security of a property. [RR 2015, c. 1, §35 (RAL).]
Property defects shall be as defined in Section 4.02(a).
Property defects shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

Examples of Property defects in a sentence

  • This excludes reasonable wear and tear and Property defects that occur out of Tenant’s control that are promptly reported to the Landlord in writing via ▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇ or via the maintenance portal on ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ available to all residents.

  • Upon delivery, the City of Pueblo shall be responsible for having the Project Property inspected and accepted within ten (10) working days of delivery from the vendor; unless Project Property defects discovered during inspection prevents City of Pueblo from accepting the Project Property in the 10 day time frame, of at which time the vendor will be contacted to rectify the issue(s) of concern.

  • Lessee shall immediately report to Lessor any Real or Personal Property defects, damages, losses or thefts valued at $1,000 or more.

  • To fulfill Landlord’s and Broker’s obligations of disclosure, Landlord will disclose any Property defects he has knowledge of and Broker shall disclose such defects to a potential tenant.

  • This excludes reasonable ‘wear and tear’ and Property defects that occur out of Tenant’s and the Additional Occupant’s control that have been immediately reported to The Landlord in writing.

  • Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Seller and the Protected Group shall have no duty to disclose to Buyer any information known to them, or any of them, concerning the condition of the Property, defects in the Property, failure of the Property to comply with plans, specifications, building codes, life safety codes, safety laws, hazardous materials, environmental laws or any other laws or codes or construction standards affecting the Property.

  • When placing a bid, the Buyer shall act at its own risk regarding any possible Property defects, discrepancies, etc.
