Prolonged Force Majeure Event definition

Prolonged Force Majeure Event means where one or more Force Majeure Events continues for a period of more than one hundred and eighty (180) continuous days or three hundred and sixty-five (365) days in aggregate in any period of five hundred (500) days.
Prolonged Force Majeure Event shall have the meaning given in Clause 26.5 (Force Majeure);
Prolonged Force Majeure Event has the meaning given in Article 37.5. "Provisional Certificate" has the meaning given in Article 17.5.

  • In the event of Prolonged Force Majeure Event, either Party may upon twenty (20) Business Days' notice to the other Party, provided that such Prolonged Force Majeure Event is continuing, terminate this Agreement.

Related to Prolonged Force Majeure Event

  • Force Majeure Event means an event, or a series of related events, that is outside the reasonable control of the party affected (including failures of the internet or any public telecommunications network, hacker attacks, denial of service attacks, virus or other malicious software attacks or infections, power failures, industrial disputes affecting any third party, changes to the law, disasters, explosions, fires, floods, riots, terrorist attacks and wars);

  • Force Majeure means an event beyond the control of the supplier and not involving the supplier’s fault or negligence and not foreseeable. Such events may include, but is not restricted to, acts of the purchaser in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions and freight embargoes.

  • Force Majeure Events means acts of war, domestic and/or international terrorism, civil riots or rebellions, quarantines, embargoes and other similar unusual governmental actions, extraordinary elements of nature or acts of God.
