Program 1 Implementation Team definition

Program 1 Implementation Team means the Recipient’s entity, under the supervisory authority of the Office of the Permanent Secretary and established and operating pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding of November 27, 2008 between the Recipient, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources, and development partners, responsible for the implementation of Program 1.
Program 1 Implementation Team means the Recipient’s entity, under the supervisory authority of the Office of the Permanent Secretary (as hereinafter defined) and established and operating pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding of November 27, 2008 between the Recipient, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture and Animal Resources, and development partners, responsible for the implementation of Program 1.

Examples of Program 1 Implementation Team in a sentence

  • The Program 1 Implementation Team shall be responsible for the preparation, as the case may be, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of such Frameworks and Plans.

  • This Agreement shall not become effective until evidence satisfactory to the World Bank has been furnished to the World Bank that the following condition has been satisfied: the Recipient has recruited to Program 1 Implementation Team, a land husbandry specialist, a horticulturalist, a technical assistant to the marketing officer, and an operational assistant to the program manager.

  • The Recipient shall maintain for the implementation of the Project, the staff of Program 1 Implementation Team appointed pursuant to Section I.A.4 and Section I.A.5 of Schedule 2 of the Original Financing Agreement.

Related to Program 1 Implementation Team

  • Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual to be adopted pursuant to Section 6.01 (c) of this Agreement for implementation of the Project, giving disbursement arrangements, performance indicators, terms of reference of staff and other administrative, financial and organizational arrangements, including a chapter on procurement procedures, and setting forth the criteria for the Subprojects, as hereinafter defined, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the prior agreement of the Association;

  • Implementation Period means the period from the date of signing of the Agreement and up to the issuance of Final Acceptance Certificate for the project.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.

  • Project Implementation Unit or “PIU” means the implementation unit for the Project referred to in Section I.A.1 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement.
