Processor’s Services definition

Processor’s Services means (i) the various online data processing services rendered by Processor pursuant to the Main Agreement, including among others provision of a survey and reporting tool and hosting of Controller's data, including Personal Data and/or (ii) consultancy services provided by the Processor according to the Main Agreement, and/or (iii) support and/or education services provided by the Processor from time to time to the Controller;

  • The Data Controller is the sole entity that owns and determines the purposes, conditions and means of the processing of personal data in accordance to the Terms & Conditions Agreement of the Data Processor’s Service(s) (described below) and applicable law of the Data Controller, Data Processor, and Data Controller’s end-users.

  • Controller confirms that, considering the Controller’s use of Processor’s Services, it deems that such measures currently meet the requirements of the GDPR and ensure the adequate protection of the rights of the data subject.

  • Where Personal Data are stored in the operating environment that is part of the Processor’s Services, the Processor shall only monitor and provide support on the Services and not process the Personal Data in any way other than what is stipulated in the Terms & Conditions.

  • To the extent Controller, in its use of the Processor’s Services, does not have the ability to correct, amend, block, or delete Personal Data, as required by the Data Protection Requirements, Processor shall comply with any commercially reasonable request by Controller to facilitate such actions to the extent Processor is legally permitted to do so.

  • If requested by the Processor, Merchant and Processor agree that they will work together to issue a mutually agreeable joint press release after the execution of this agreement and/or after the conversion of Merchant to Processor’s Services.

Related to Processor’s Services

  • SaaS Services means software as a service consisting of system administration, system management, and system monitoring activities that ▇▇▇▇▇ performs for the Tyler Software, and includes the right to access and use the Tyler Software, receive maintenance and support on the Tyler Software, including Downtime resolution under the terms of the SLA, and Data storage and archiving. SaaS Services do not include support of an operating system or hardware, support outside of our normal business hours, or training, consulting or other professional services. • “SLA” means the service level agreement. A copy of our current SLA is attached hereto as Exhibit C.

  • Processing Services means those services described herein or commonly performed under the management and direction of Bank by a Card Processor or Credit Processor which are necessary to manage a Program and process transactions in accordance with Applicable Law. Such services shall include but shall not be limited to: set-up and maintenance of a Program and Cards, transaction authorization, processing, clearing and Settlement, System access, Card Services, Credit Services, Cardholder dispute resolution, collections, System compliance, regulatory compliance, security and fraud control, and activity reporting.

  • Access Services refers to interstate and intrastate switched access and private line transport services.
