Priority Rates definition

Priority Rates means the rates identified as “Priority Rates” in Section II of this tariff.

Examples of Priority Rates in a sentence

  • For example, all volumes delivered up to 10,000 BPD will be charged the Priority Rate of $0.750, and, if Shipper delivers an average of 35,000 BPD for the Month, the Priority Rates will be (i) $0.750 for the first 10,000 BPD, (ii) $0.650 for the second 10,000 BPD, (iii)$0.550 for the third 10,000 BPD, and (iv) $0.280 for the remaining 5,000 BPD.

  • Priority Debt means, as of any date, the sum (without duplication) of (i) Indebtedness of the Company and its Subsidiaries secured by Liens not otherwise permitted by Sections 10.4(a) through (h), and (ii) outstanding unsecured Indebtedness of Subsidiaries not otherwise permitted by Sections 10.3(a) through (d).
