Gathering System. The gathering system described in Exhibit C acquired by Gatherer from Shipper as of the Original Agreement Effective Date, together with any additional System Segments constructed after the Original Agreement Effective Date, as such gathering system is expanded after the Original Agreement Effective Date, including, in each case, to the extent now in existence or constructed or installed in the future, Low Pressure Gas gathering pipelines, Liquid Hydrocarbons gathering pipelines, High Pressure Gas gathering pipelines, System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Delivery Points (including all interconnection facilities), Measurement Facilities, Condensate handling facilities, pig receiving facilities, slug catchers and other inlet facilities at Processing Plants, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities, in each cased owned by Gatherer and its Affiliates.
Gathering System. Any Low Pressure and High Pressure Gathering Systems gathering Gas from Shipper in the following counties and states: Washington, PA; Doddridge, WV; Xxxxxxxx, WV; Xxxxx, WV; Xxxxxxx, WV; Xxxxx, OH; Xxxxxx, OH; Guernsey, OH; and Belmont, OH, excluding facilities owned by Summit, Xxxxxxxxx, XXX, X0, EQT, and MarkWest. Gathering System. The gathering system described in Exhibit C, together with any additional System Segments constructed after the date hereof, as such gathering system is expanded after the date hereof, including, in each case, to the extent now in existence or constructed or installed in the future, Gas gathering pipelines (including High Pressure gathering pipelines), System Compressor Stations, Gas dehydration facilities, Receipt Points, Delivery Points (including all interconnection facilities), Measurement Facilities, Pipeline Drip handling facilities, pig receiving facilities, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights, and permits, and all appurtenant facilities.
Gathering System. The “Gathering System” means all of the Subsystems, collectively (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any Subsystem Extensions with respect thereto). As of January 1, 2017, there are three existing Subsystems: (a) the “Goliath Subsystem”, which is the existing Gas gathering system owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-1; (b) the “Hawkeye Subsystem”, which is the existing Gas gathering system owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-2; and (c) the “Red Sky Subsystem”, which is the existing Gas gathering system owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-3, in each case, as such Subsystems may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Subsystem Extension. As of January 1, 2017, each Subsystem contains certain “Liquids Lines” that are existing Injected Liquids and Drip Liquids transportation lines owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-4, in each case, as such Liquids Lines may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a Subsystem Extension for the relevant Subsystem to which such Liquids Lines are connected.
Gathering System. 4.1 Receipt Point(s) and Delivery Point(s). The Receipt Point(s) and the Delivery Point(s) shall be at the locations described in Exhibit A-1. The Parties will revise Exhibit A-1 from time to time, as necessary, to reflect the addition of any Receipt Point or Delivery Point under this Agreement.
Gathering System. Gas gathering facilities operated by MarkWest and used to transport Antero’s Gas from the Receipt Points to the Redelivery Points, including the Compressor Stations, and the associated tankage and separation and dehydration equipment. The Gathering System includes the Laterals together with all valves, meters and appurtenant facilities, liquid and drip collection and handling facilities, and pigging facilities and equipment, and includes also all rights-of-way, permits and other rights acquired by MarkWest in furtherance of its gathering obligations under this Agreement. The Gathering System also includes the interconnections to the Sherwood Plant and pig launchers, pig receivers, slug catchers, and other facilities to deliver High Pressure Condensate to the Sherwood Plant.
Gathering System. The “Gathering System” means all of the Subsystems and all of the Short-Haul Lines, collectively (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any System Extensions with respect thereto). As of January 1, 2017, there are three existing Subsystems: (a) the “Goliath Subsystem”, which is the Crude Oil gathering system currently under construction that is owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-1; (b) the “Hawkeye Subsystem”, which is the existing Crude Oil gathering system owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-2; and (c) the “Red Sky Subsystem”, which is the existing Crude Oil gathering system owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-3, in each case, as such Subsystems may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a System Extension. As of January 1, 2017, the “Short-Haul Lines” are the existing self-contained short-haul Crude Oil transportation lines owned by Gatherer and more particularly described on Exhibit A-4, in each case, as such Short-Haul Lines may be modified and/or extended from time to time, including pursuant to a System Extension.
Gathering System. The existing (if any facilities are in existence as of the Effective Date) and planned gathering system described on Exhibit B, together with any additional System Segments constructed after the Effective Date, as such gathering system is constructed and expanded after the Effective Date, including, in each case, to the extent now in existence or constructed or installed in the future, Crude Oil gathering pipelines, Receipt Point facilities, Measurement Facilities, truck offloading facilities at the Central Tankage Facility, the Storage Tanks, rights of way, fee parcels, surface rights and permits, and all appurtenant facilities upstream of the Delivery Points.
Gathering System. In the event of a curtailment or bypass, available capacity in the affected portion of the Gathering System will be allocated in accordance with the following: (a) first, available capacity will be allocated to the holders of Tier 1 Capacity in the affected facilities who are delivering Gas, on a pro rata basis in accordance with (and not to exceed) their respective Tier 1 Capacity in the affected facilities, and (b) second, available capacity will be allocated to all other Gas, including Antero’s Gas and Gas of other holders of Tier 1 Capacity that is in excess of Antero’s or such holder’s Tier 1 Capacity, on a pro rata basis.
Gathering System. The property being acquired by Purchaser from Seller Checotah Pipeline, LLC includes the Gathering System as more fully described below: Gathering and Pipeline System including: · Gas gathering system consisting of eight miles of buried 4” poly-pipe. · Gas treatment facilities along the gathering system to the sales point. · Checotah compression station and sales point to Enogex low pressure line. · Water disposal through buried 2” poly-pipe with pumps and permitted water injection xxxxx. · Enogex CDP, 2”meter run (no meter) · 500 gallon polyethylene liquid tank · Dehydration Unit – Large unit.
