Principal Excess definition

Principal Excess means for any series of Notes, with respect to any Monthly Period, the excess, if any, of (a) the sum of the Daily Principal Amounts for each day during such Monthly Period for such series of Notes, minus Reallocated Principal Amounts for the related Monthly Period for such series, over (b) an amount equal to the Targeted Principal Deposit Amount for the related Monthly Period for such series; provided, however, that if the Rapid Amortization Period (as defined in the Series 2001-D Supplement) has commenced, the amount computed pursuant to clause (b) shall be the Nominal Liquidation Amount of such series of Notes.

  • Principal Remittance Amount With respect to any Distribution Date, the sum of the Group I Principal Remittance Amount and the Group II Principal Remittance Amount.

  • Principal Loss Amount With respect to each Payment Date, the sum of: (a) the aggregate amount of Credit Event Net Losses for all Credit Event Reference Obligations for the related Reporting Period; (b) the aggregate amount of court-approved principal reductions (“cramdowns”) on the Reference Obligations in the related Reporting Period; (c) subsequent losses on any Reference Obligation that became a Credit Event Reference Obligation on a prior Payment Date; and (d) amounts included in the second, fourth, seventh, eighth and tenth priorities set forth in Section 3.03(f) hereof.

  • Principal Outstanding means the principal amount of the Loan outstanding as on the date of occurrence of Insured Event less the portion of principal component included in the EMIs payable but not paid from the date of the loan agreement till the date of the Insured Event/s. In the event that the Trustee incurs reimbursable amounts in excess of the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in any Anniversary Year, it may obtain reimbursement for such amounts in subsequent Anniversary Years, but in no event shall more than the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount in aggregate be reimbursed to the Trustee per Anniversary Year. Notwithstanding the foregoing, costs and expenses incurred by the Trustee pursuant to Section 6.14(a) in connection with any transfer of servicing shall be excluded in determining the Applicable Maximum Reimbursement Amount limitation on reimbursable amounts per Anniversary Year.
