Precise Plan definition

Precise Plan means the NTC Precise Plan dated October 3, 2000, approved by the Agency and the City, as it may be amended or superceded.
Precise Plan means a specific development schematic or plan for all or a portion of a parcel of land.
Precise Plan means a description of development standards and procedures to govern the development within a geographic sub-unit of the Village One Specific Plan. These geographic sub-units, known as “Precise Plan Areas”, are delineated in Chapter III of this Specific Plan.

  • Tenant acknowledges that its use of the Premises and any Alterations thereto shall comply with the terms, conditions and requirements of: (a) the Environmental Impact Report for Alameda Point and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program adopted pursuant thereto; (b) the Master Infrastructure Plan; (c) the Town Center and Waterfront Precise Plan (as applicable); and (d) the Alameda Point Transportation Demand Management Plan.

  • Developer’s Project would also allow City to realize certain goals and objectives of the Downtown Precise Plan as set forth herein.

Related to Precise Plan

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Option Plan has the meaning ascribed to it in section "4.7" hereinbelow;

  • Stock Plan means any stock incentive, stock option, stock ownership or employee benefits plan of the General Partner.
