Precise Plan definition

Precise Plan means the NTC Precise Plan dated October 3, 2000, approved by the Agency and the City, as it may be amended or superceded.
Precise Plan is defined in Recital E. “Processing Fees” is defined in Section 2.2.2. “Project” is defined in Recital C.
Precise Plan means a specific development schematic or plan for all or a portion of a parcel of land.

  • Landscaping shall conform to the development standards established in Section 3.5 of the Parkside Precise Plan.

More Definitions of Precise Plan

Precise Plan means a description of development standards and procedures to govern the development within a geographic sub-unit of the Village One Specific Plan. These geographic sub-units, known as “Precise Plan Areas”, are delineated in Chapter III of this Specific Plan.
Precise Plan means such rules and regulations as set forth in Section 42.20 of this Article and such other maps, rules, and regulations which are or may be adopted to protect and carry out the “Master Plan of Streets and Highways.”

  • Case plan means a written document developed by the PCSA, PCPA or Title IV-E agency and the family which identifies strengths of the family, concerns to be resolved and supportive services to be provided which will result in ensuring permanence for the child.

  • Stock Option Plans means any stock option plan now or hereafter adopted by the Partnership or the General Partner.

  • RSU Plan means the restricted share unit plan for senior officers, employees and consultants adopted in November of 2008 by Jaguar, as amended from time to time;

  • Incentive Plan means any plan providing compensation that depends on achieving certain performance goals or similar conditions within a specified period;

  • Company Incentive Plan shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 1.7 hereof.

  • Non-U.S. Plan means any plan, fund or other similar program that (a) is established or maintained outside the United States of America by the Company or any Subsidiary primarily for the benefit of employees of the Company or one or more Subsidiaries residing outside the United States of America, which plan, fund or other similar program provides, or results in, retirement income, a deferral of income in contemplation of retirement or payments to be made upon termination of employment, and (b) is not subject to ERISA or the Code.

  • Company Stock Option Plan means each stock option plan, stock award plan, stock appreciation right plan, phantom stock plan, stock option, other equity or equity-based compensation plan, equity or other equity based award to any employee, whether payable in cash, shares or otherwise (to the extent not issued pursuant to any of the foregoing plans), or other plan or contract of any nature with any employee pursuant to which any stock, option, warrant or other right to purchase or acquire capital stock of the Company or right to payment based on the value of Company capital stock has been granted or otherwise issued.

  • Employee Stock Purchase Plan means a plan that grants Purchase Rights intended to be options issued under an “employee stock purchase plan,” as that term is defined in Section 423(b) of the Code.

  • Incentive Plans means any incentive, bonus, deferred compensation or similar plan or arrangement currently or hereafter made available by Employer in which Executive is eligible to participate.

  • Stock Incentive Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3(b) of the Agreement.

  • U.S. Plan means any Employee Plan that covers Service Providers located primarily within the United States.

  • Option Plans has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 2.7.

  • Omnibus Plan means the Hanesbrands Inc. Omnibus Incentive Plan of 2006, as amended from time to time, and any successor plan or plans. The long-term incentive described in this section (“Long-Term Cash Incentive Plan”) includes cash long-term incentives, but does not include stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards. Such amounts shall be payable as provided in section 2(c). Treatment of stock options, RSUs, or other equity awards shall be determined pursuant to the Executive’s award agreement(s).
