  • Denial means the process of refusing to grant a license after OCCL receives an application. This constitutes refusal of permission to operate.

  • Credentialing means the process of collecting, assessing, and validating qualifications and other relevant information pertaining to a health care provider to determine eligibility and to deliver Covered Services.

  • Review Officer means the officer of the Adviser designated from time to time by the Adviser to receive and review reports of purchases and sales by Access Persons.
