POST OPTION EXERCISE definition

POST OPTION EXERCISE. Optionor shall continue to maintain and insure the asset at the GeoDecor facility in Tucson, AZ until the time of its resale at its sole cost. §If the Asset is not re-sold to a subsequent buyer within two (2) years from the date of the Offering, and subject to the achievement of a timely Asset Delivery by Optionor, Optionee shall commit the Asset for sale at a major well recognized auction firm to be approved by Optionor (such approval to not be unreasonably withheld), unless upon consultation with at least two commercially recognized auction houses experienced in the sale of dinosaur fossils, each provide a consistent recommendation to delay such resale based on the then current market conditions, but in no event shall such delay exceed one (1) year.
POST OPTION EXERCISE. Optionor shall continue to maintain and insure the asset at the GeoDecor facility in Tucson, AZ. §Optionor shall maintain the right to recommend and approve the venue and price at which the Asset is resold, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
