Post Confirmation Professionals definition

Post Confirmation Professionals means those professionals engaged by the Liquidating Trust from and after the Effective Date.
Post Confirmation Professionals means any persons retained by the Liquidating Trustee on or after the Effective Date to effectuate the purposes of the Liquidating Trust.
