Pooled Loans definition

Pooled Loans means, collectively, the Loan and the Affiliate Loans.

Examples of Pooled Loans in a sentence

  • As additional security for the Loan, the terms of the Security Instruments shall provide for the cross-collateralization and cross-default of the Pooled Loans.

  • Borrower shall not, during the term of the Pooled Loans, conduct or permit any tenant to conduct any dry cleaning operations on or at the Property other than pick-up and drop-off operations.

  • The Security Instruments provide, without limitation, that upon the occurrence of an event of default under the terms and conditions of any of the Pooled Loans, Lender shall be entitled to exercise any and all remedies under any Security Instrument and/or mortgages, deeds to secure debt, or deeds of trust securing the Pooled Loans, including but not limited to, accelerating each of the Pooled Notes and conducting a foreclosure sale on any one or more of the Pooled Properties.

  • At all times during the terms of the Pooled Loans, there shall be sufficient parking spaces to satisfy requirements of all Leases, parking or cross-parking agreements, and applicable zoning requirements and other Requirements.

  • The Xxxxxx Mae Security to be issued on account of the Pooled Loans is covered by a Take-out Commitment, does not exceed the availability under such Take-out Commitment.

  • Borrower shall not, during the term of the Pooled Loans, conduct or permit any tenant to conduct any dry cleaning operations on or at the Property.

  • The Security Instruments provide, without limitation, that upon the occurrence of an Event of Default, under the terms and conditions of any of the Pooled Loans, Lender shall be entitled to exercise any and all remedies under any Security Instrument and/or mortgages, deeds to secure debt, or deeds of trust securing the Pooled Loans, including but not limited to, accelerating each of the Pooled Notes and conducting a foreclosure sale on any one or more of the Pooled Properties.

  • With respect to any Underlying Mortgage Loans that are Pooled Loans, Seller shall designate the agent under the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement as the party authorized to receive the related Xxxxxx Mae Security and shall designate the agent under the Joint Securities Account Control Agreement accordingly on the applicable Form HUD 11705 (Schedule of Subscribers).

  • With respect to Pooled Loans being placed in a Xxxxxx Xxx Security, no Securities Issuance Failure shall have occurred.

  • They are employed by Compass, Sodexo, Marquise, Aramark and Acciona.

Related to Pooled Loans

  • Loans means the loans made by the Lenders to the Borrower pursuant to this Agreement.

  • Related Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1. “Restructuring Loss” means the loss on a modified or restructured loan measured by the difference between (a) the principal, Accrued Interest, tax and insurance advances, third party or other fees due on a loan prior to the modification or restructuring, and

  • Lender PMI Loans Mortgage Loans with respect to which the lender rather than the borrower acquired the primary mortgage guaranty insurance and charged the related borrower an interest premium.

  • Refinanced Loans has the meaning specified in Section 10.01.

  • Subordinated Loans means any loan incurred by the Issuer or any of its Subsidiaries, if such loan (i) according to its terms (or pursuant to a subordination agreement on terms and conditions satisfactory to the Trustee) is subordinated to the obligations of the Issuer under the Terms and Conditions; (ii) according to its terms have a final redemption date or, when applicable, early redemption dates or instalment dates which occur after the Final Redemption Date; and (iii) according to its terms yield only payment-in-kind interest.

  • Permitted Loans means:

  • Student Loans means education loans to students and parents of students under the Federal Family Education Loan Program.

  • or "Loans means and includes without limitation any and all commercial loans and financial accommodations from Lender to Borrower, whether now or hereafter existing, and however evidenced, including without limitation those loans and financial accommodations described herein or described on any exhibit or schedule attached to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Loan Combination Custodial Account means the “Loan Combination Custodial Account” or analogous account established for the Mortgage Loan pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Related Loan Group For Group 1, Loan Group 1; for Group 2, Loan Group 2; for Group 3, Loan Group 3; and for Group 4, Loan Group 4.

  • Group II Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group II Loans.

  • Initial Loans means the Eligible Loans evidenced by the Notes sold on the Closing Date pursuant to the Initial Purchase Agreement and related documentation, together with any guaranties and other rights relating thereto including, without limitation, Interest Subsidy Payments and Special Allowance Payments.

  • Committed Loans means loans made pursuant to Section 2.1(a).

  • Purchased Loans means, with respect to each Purchase Agreement, the Loans offered for sale and purchased or substituted pursuant to such Purchase Agreement.

  • Original Loans means the loans and other extensions of credit outstanding under the Original Credit Agreement as of the Effective Date.

  • Eligible Loans has the meaning specified in any of the Purchase Agreements or the Sale Agreement, as applicable.

  • Delinquent Loans means loans where the borrowers have failed to make scheduled mortgage payments under the terms of the mortgage and where the cumulative amount of mortgage payments missed exceeds the scheduled payments due in a three-month period.

  • Revolving Advances means Advances made other than Letters of Credit.

  • Group I Loans The Mortgage Loans designated on the Mortgage Loan Schedule as Group I Loans.

  • Revolving Loans has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).

  • Whole Loan As defined in the Introductory Statement.

  • Revolving Facility Loans shall include the Other Revolving Loans.

  • Total Loans at any time, the aggregate principal amount of the Loans of the Lenders outstanding at such time.

  • Servicing Advances All customary, reasonable and necessary "out of pocket" costs and expenses incurred in the performance by the Master Servicer of its servicing obligations, including, but not limited to, the cost of (i) the preservation, restoration and protection of a Mortgaged Property, (ii) any expenses reimbursable to the Master Servicer pursuant to Section 3.11 and any enforcement or judicial proceedings, including foreclosures, (iii) the management and liquidation of any REO Property and (iv) compliance with the obligations under Section 3.09.

  • Buydown Loan A Mortgage Loan for which the Mortgage Interest Rate has been subsidized through a Buydown Fund provided at the time of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • Existing Loans shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.21(a).
