Policy Schedule/ Certificate of Insurance definition

Policy Schedule/ Certificate of Insurance means the schedule and parts thereof, and any other annexure(s) appended, attached and / or forming part of this policy
Policy Schedule/ Certificate of Insurance means the schedule which entails Insured Person name, address, identity card number, Eligible RHB Bank Berhad or RHB Islamic Bank Berhad Credit Card account number, occupation, Effective Date of Insurance and the maximum payment benefits, which is attached to and forming part of the Policy.

  • Certificate of Insurance means a document showing that an insurance policy has been written and includes a statement of the coverage of the policy.
