Certificate Insurance Policy definition

Certificate Insurance Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy No. AB1094BE, dated the Closing Date, including any endorsements thereto issued by the Certificate Insurer to the Trustee for the benefit of the Holders of the Insured Certificates, a form of which is attached as Exhibit L hereto.
Certificate Insurance Policy. The Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy (No. AB0793BE) with respect to the Class A-2B Certificates, and all endorsements thereto dated the Closing Date, issued by the Certificate Insurer for the benefit of the Holders of the Class A-2B Certificates, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit Q.
Certificate Insurance Policy or "Policy" shall mean this Certificate Guaranty Insurance Policy together with each and every endorsement hereto.

  • Nothing in the foregoing sentence, nor any action taken pursuant thereto or in compliance therewith, shall be deemed to have released the Certificate Insurer from any obligation or liability it may have to any party or to the Certificateholders hereunder, under any other agreement, instrument or document (including, without limitation, the Certificate Insurance Policy) or under applicable law.

  • The Trustee shall, upon the retirement of the Certificates pursuant hereto or otherwise, furnish to the Certificate Insurer a notice of such retirement, and, upon retirement of the Certificates and the expiration of the term of the Certificate Insurance Policy, shall surrender the Certificate Insurance Policy to the Certificate Insurer for cancellation.

  • As long as the Certificate Insurance Policy is in effect, the Trustee will send a written notice to the Certificate Insurer of any such resignation, removal or appointment.

  • The Notice shall specify the amount of Insured Amounts and shall constitute a claim for an Insured Amount pursuant to the Certificate Insurance Policy.
