Planning Tribunal definition

Planning Tribunal and “Tribunal” means the Planning Tribunal established under Part VII of this Act:
Planning Tribunal means the Tribunal the members of which are appointed under section 87 of the Law to hear and determine an appeal under the Law,
Planning Tribunal and “Tribunal” means the Planning Tribunal established under Part VII;

Examples of Planning Tribunal in a sentence

  • The Municipal Manager must designate an employee as the administrator for the Municipal Planning Tribunal.
