Physician or Medical Practitioner definition

Physician or Medical Practitioner. Refers to a doctor of medicine or a doctor of osteopathy licensed to render medical services or perform surgery in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where such professional services are performed, however, such definition will exclude chiropractors and physiotherapists. The consulting Physician cannot be You, Your Travel Companion, or Your Immediate Family Member. “Physiotherapy” Physiotherapy is treatment to restore, maintain, and make the most of a patient's mobility, function, and well-being which helps through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and health and fitness and get you involved in your own recovery.
