License Fees means the license fees, including all taxes thereon, paid or required to be paid by Licensee for the license granted under this Agreement.
Sublicense Fees means all upfront fees, milestone payments and similar license fees received by LICENSEE from its Sublicensees in consideration for the grant of a Sublicense, but excluding:
Milestone Payments has the meaning set forth in Section 4.2.
License Fee means the amount payable by the licensee to DMRC as per rates offered by the Selected Bidder for utilization of licensed space and accepted by DMRC to be paid by the Licensee along with other charges and any kind of Central or State Taxes, local levies, statutory dues, etc. that may be payable by the licensee as per prevalent law.
Milestone Payment means a payment identified in the Implementation Plan to be made following the issue of a Satisfaction Certificate in respect of Achievement of the relevant Milestone;
Sublicense Revenue means [***].
Milestone means an event or task described in the Implementation Plan which, if applicable, must be completed by the relevant Milestone Date;
Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
Performance Milestone means an act or event specified in section 5.1 and described in section 9 of the EPLA.
Sales Milestone Payment is defined in Section 5.3.
Performance Indicator means a measure of HSP performance for which a Performance Target is set; technical specifications of specific Performance Indicators can be found in the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document;
Milestones means control points in the project that help to chart progress. Milestones may correspond to the completion of a key deliverable, allowing the next phase of the work to begin. They may also be needed at intermediary points so that, if problems have arisen, corrective measures can be taken. A milestone may be a critical decision point in the project where, for example, the consortium must decide which of several technologies to adopt for further development.
Milestone 2 means achievement of annual Net Sales of at least $35,000,000 during any Calendar Year ending on or before December 31, 2024.
Milestone Payment Date has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(a).
Sublicense Revenues means [***].
Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.
Performance Limits means the performance limits specified in the section of this Certificate titled Performance Limits.
Annual performance report means a written appraisal of the teaching staff member's performance prepared by the teaching staff member’s designated supervisor based on the evaluation rubric for his or her position.
Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.
Performance Level means a reference to one of Performance Level I, Performance Level II, Performance Level III, Performance Level IV or Performance Level V.
Performance Cash Award means an award of cash granted pursuant to the terms and conditions of Section 6(c)(ii).
Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.
Sales Revenue means receipts from the sale, lease, or rental of goods, services, or property;
Performance Indicators means the indicators for Project monitoring and evaluation set forth in the Operational Manual.
Net Sales Revenue shall have the meaning as set out in Schedule "A"
Performance Standard means the acceptable range of performance for a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume that results when a Performance Corridor is applied to a Performance Target.
