  • You must comply with the implementation and use requirements contained in all Paywise documentation accompanying the Paywise Services.

  • You may not alter, modify or change these HTML logos in any way, use them in a manner that is disparaging to Paywise or the Paywise Services or display them in any manner that implies Paywise's sponsorship or endorsement.

  • This Agreement, along with any applicable Policies sets forth the entire understanding between you and Paywise with respect to the Paywise Services.

  • If we determine that a telephone number you have provided to us is a mobile telephone number, we may categorize it as such in our systems and in your Account Profile, and you consent to receive text messages from us about your use of the Paywise Services at that number.

  • All right, title and interest in and to the Paywise website, any content thereon, the Paywise Services, the technology related to the Paywise Services, and any and all technology and any content created or derived from any of the foregoing is the exclusive property of Paywise and its licensors.

  • You may use HTML logos provided by Paywise through our merchant services without prior written consent for the purpose of directing web traffic to the Paywise Services.

  • Paywise is not a bank and the Paywise Services are payment processing services rather than banking services.

Related to Paywise Services

  • Hospice services means palliative and supportive care and other services provided by an interdisciplinary team under the direction of an identifiable hospice administration to terminally ill hospice patients and their families to meet the physical, nutritional, emotional, social, spiritual, and special needs experienced during the final stages of illness, dying, and bereavement, as defined in Minnesota Statutes, § 144A.75, subd. 8, and includes the set of services as determined by the Medicare program under §1861(dd) of the Social Security Act and defined in 42 CFR § 418.3.

  • Cloud Services means SAP’s then-current cloud services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Free Services means the Subscription Service or other products or features made available by us to you on an unpaid trial or free basis.

  • Voice Services means the telecommunications services to be provided to you under Part A and as specified in your Application.

  • Online Services means Microsoft-hosted services to which Customer subscribes under this Agreement. It does not include software and services provided under separate license terms.
