Partnership Request definition

Partnership Request and “Partnership Order” mean, respectively, a written request or order signed in the name of the Partnership by the Chairman of the Board, the President or a Vice President of the General Partner, and by the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Controller, an Assistant Controller, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the General Partner, and delivered to the Trustee, or if the Partnership shall change its form of entity to other than a limited partnership, by Persons or officers, members, agents and others holding positions comparable to those of the foregoing nature, as applicable.
Partnership Request mean, respectively, a written order or request signed in the name of the Partnership or the Guarantor by two Officers of the General Partner and delivered to the Trustee.
Partnership Request or “Partnership Order” means, in the case of the Partnership, a written request or order signed by the general partner of the Partnership in the name of and on behalf of the Partnership by the Chairman of the Board, the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, the President, any Vice President or any other duly authorized officer of the general partner of the Partnership or any person duly authorized by any of them, and delivered to the Trustee and, in the case of a Guarantor, a written request or order signed in the name of such Guarantor by its Chairman of the Board, its Chief Executive Officer, its President, any of its Vice Presidents or any other duly authorized officer of such Guarantor or any person duly authorized by any of them, and delivered to the Trustee.
