Partnership Request definition

Partnership Request and “Partnership Order” mean, respectively, a written request or order signed in the name of the Partnership by the Chairman of the Board, the President or a Vice President of the General Partner, and by the Treasurer, an Assistant Treasurer, the Controller, an Assistant Controller, the Secretary or an Assistant Secretary of the General Partner, and delivered to the Trustee, or if the Partnership shall change its form of entity to other than a limited partnership, by Persons or officers, members, agents and others holding positions comparable to those of the foregoing nature, as applicable.
Partnership Request mean, respectively, a written order or request signed in the name of the Partnership or the Guarantor by two Officers of the General Partner and delivered to the Trustee.

  • The Trustee and any Paying Agent promptly shall pay or return to the Partnership upon Partnership Request any money and U.S. Government Obligations held by them at any time that are not required for the payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and any interest on the Securities of any series for which money or U.S. Government Obligations have been deposited pursuant to Section 1302 or 1303.

  • The Trustee and any Paying Agent promptly shall pay or return to the Partnership upon Partnership Request any money and U.S. Government Obligations held by them at any time that are not required for the payment of the principal of and any interest on the Securities of any series for which money or U.S. Government Obligations have been deposited pursuant to Section 1302 or 1303.

  • If any Securities called for redemption are converted, any money deposited with the Trustee or with any Paying Agent or so segregated and held in trust for the redemption of such Security shall be paid to the Partnership upon Partnership Request or, if then held by the Partnership, shall be discharged from such trust.

  • The Partner Site will have completed a College Corps Partnership Request form prior to signing this agreement.

  • A completed Partnership Request Budget Form must be submitted to complete the application.

  • To the extent that the aggregate amount of cash deposited by the Partnership hereunder exceeds the aggregate Change in Control Purchase Price, then, promptly after the Change in Control Purchase Date, upon Partnership Request, the Trustee or Paying Agent, as the case may be, shall return any such excess cash to the Partnership.
