Participation Principal Balance definition

Participation Principal Balance means, at any time, the then-outstanding principal balance of the applicable Participation, which shall equal the initial principal balance of such Participation, less any payments of principal thereon received by the Holder thereof. The aggregate Participation Principal Balances shall equal the Mortgage Loan Principal Balance.
Participation Principal Balance means either (x) the Participation A-1 Principal Balance or (y) the Principal A-2 Principal Balance, as applicable.
Participation Principal Balance means, at any time, the then-outstanding principal balance of the applicable Participation, which shall equal the initial principal balance of such Participation, less any payments of principal thereon received by the Holder thereof The aggregate Participation Principal Balances shall equal the Mortgage Loan Principal Balance.

Examples of Participation Principal Balance in a sentence

  • The principal terms relating to the purchase of each Participation, including but not limited to the maximum participation percentage, the purchase price and the interest rate on the Participation Principal Balance may be set out in the terms addendum attached hereto as Exhibit B, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Terms Addendum").

  • The principal balance of each Participation (the "Participation Principal Balance") shall be set out in the related Participation Certificate and shall decrease as any portion of the principal collections with respect to the Mortgage Loans are paid to the Participant.

  • If the Junior Participation is held by more than one Junior Participant at any time, the holders of a majority of the Junior Participation Principal Balance of the Junior Participation shall immediately appoint a representative to exercise all rights of the Junior Participation hereunder.

  • To the extent any such amounts are not reimbursed by or on behalf of Mortgage Loan Borrower, the Servicer shall be reimbursed promptly from payments otherwise distributable to the Junior Participant up to an amount equal to its pro rata share of such amounts (based upon the Senior Participation Principal Balance and the Junior Participation Principal Balance, respectively).

  • The principal balance of each Participation (the "Participation Principal Balance") shall be set out in the related Participation Certificate and may be increased or decreased from time to time as Mortgage Loans are added to or removed from the related Mortgage Pool or transferred between Mortgage Pools and as any portion of the principal collections with respect to the Mortgage Loans are paid to the Participant.

  • On the date hereof, Lender shall pay Initial A-2 Holder by wire transfer to Initial A-2 Holder of immediately available funds an amount equal to the A-1 Purchase Price (which purchase is effective) such that (i) Participation A-1 shall have an original Participation Principal Balance of $202,543,606.53 and (ii) Participation A-2 shall have an original Participation Principal Balance of $50,000,000.00.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, as of the date hereof and immediately prior to giving effect to this Agreement, Participation A-1 had a Participation Principal Balance of $56,835,869.68 and Participation A-2 had a Participation Principal Balance of $195,707,736.85.

  • The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, as of the date hereof, Participation A-1 has a Participation Principal Balance of $58,082,394.30 and Participation A-2 has a Participation Principal Balance of $200,000,000.

  • Class B-4 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-4 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-4 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph sixteenth of Section 4.01(a) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-4 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance and the Class B-3 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Class B-6 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the lesser of (i) the Original Class B-6 Principal Balance less the sum of (a) all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-6 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates pursuant to Paragraph twenty-second of Section 4.01(a) and (b) the Realized Losses allocated through such Determination Date to the Class B-6 Certificates pursuant to Section 4.02(b) and (ii) the Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Class B-3 Principal Balance, the Class B-4 Principal Balance and the Class B-5 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Class B-5 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance. As of any subsequent Determination Date, the Original Class B-5 Principal Balance less the sum of all amounts previously distributed in respect of the Class B-5 Certificates on prior Distribution Dates (A) pursuant to Paragraph fifteenth of Section 4.01(a)(ii) and (B) as a result of a Principal Adjustment; provided, however, if the Class B-5 Certificates are the most subordinate Certificates outstanding, the Class B-5 Principal Balance will equal the difference, if any, between the Aggregate Adjusted Pool Amount as of the preceding Distribution Date less the sum of the Aggregate Class A Principal Balance, the Class B-1 Principal Balance, the Class B-2 Principal Balance, the Class B-3 Principal Balance and the Class B-4 Principal Balance as of such Determination Date.

  • Class B-3 Principal Balance As to the first Determination Date, the Original Class B-3 Principal Balance.   • Aggregate Principal Balance means, with respect to any date of determination, the sum of the Principal Balances for all Receivables (other than (i) any Receivable that became a Liquidated Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period and (ii) any Receivable that became a Purchased Receivable prior to the end of the related Collection Period) as of the date of determination.

  • Class A Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Principal Balances for the Class A-1 Certificates, Class A-2 Certificates, Class A-3 Certificates, Class A-4 Certificates, Class A-PO Certificates and Class A-R Certificate.

  • Note A-6 Principal Balance means, with respect to the Mortgage Loan, at any time of determination, the Initial Note A-6 Principal Balance set forth on the Mortgage Loan Schedule, less any payments of principal thereon received by the Note A-6 Holder or reductions in such amount pursuant to Section 3 or 4, as applicable.

  • Note A Principal Balance means, as of any date of determination, the aggregate Note Principal Balance of the A Notes.

  • Pool Principal Balance As to any Distribution Date, the aggregate of the Scheduled Principal Balances of the Mortgage Loans which were Outstanding Mortgage Loans on the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date.

  • Original Class B-5 Principal Balance The Class B-5 Principal Balance as of the Cut-Off Date, as set forth in Section 11.15.
