Parallel Vehicle Agreement definition

Parallel Vehicle Agreement means the limited liability company agreement, limited partnership agreement or similar agreement of a Parallel Investment Vehicle, as amended from time to time.

  • Tax Receivable Agreement means the Tax Receivable Agreement by and among Holdings, the Company, the Founding Members and the ESA Parties dated as of the IPO Date, as the same may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Sale Agreement means the Sale Agreement Master Securitization Terms Number 1000, dated as of August 15, 2013, among SLM Funding LLC, as Seller, SLM Student Loan Trust 2013-4, as Purchaser, and Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Interim Eligible Lender Trustee and as Eligible Lender Trustee.
