Licensed Company IP definition

Licensed Company IP means the Intellectual Property owned by a third party that Company or any of its Subsidiaries has a right to use or exploit by virtue of a License Agreement.
Licensed Company IP means all Company Intellectual Property Rights that are licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
Licensed Company IP means all Company IP other than the Owned Company IP.

More Definitions of Licensed Company IP

Licensed Company IP has the meaning set forth in Section 3.17(a).
Licensed Company IP means all Intellectual Property and Intellectual Property Rights that are licensed to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries by third parties.
