Outstanding Share Percentage definition

Outstanding Share Percentage as of any day is the fraction (1) the numerator of which is the aggregate of the Number of Shares for the Transaction and the “Number of Shares” (as defined in the applicable Additional Confirmation) under any outstanding Additional Transactions and (2) the denominator of which is the number of Shares outstanding on such day.

  • Outstanding Shares means those Shares recorded from time to time in the books of the Trust or its transfer agent as then issued and outstanding, but shall not include Shares which have been redeemed or repurchased by the Trust and which are at the time held in the treasury of the Trust.
