Outside Persons definition

Outside Persons means any individual who is not a Team Member, Coach or Faculty Advisor.
Outside Persons means persons other than the Post Office, wholly owned subsidiaries of the Post Office, public telecommunications operators and subsidiaries of such operators;”; and
Outside Persons means persons other than the Post Office or its subsidiaries;

Examples of Outside Persons in a sentence

  • Usual or customary promotional items received from Outside Persons or food items consumed on the premises are not required to be reported.

  • Chem-Met has performed audits regarding its primary suppliers, customers, creditors and financial service organizations with which they have substantial interaction ("Outside Persons") and has determined that all of these Outside Persons are substantially Year 2000 Compliant to the extent that there will be no material adverse effects to Chem-Met resulting from a failure of such Outside Persons to be Year 2000 Compliant.
