Outside Body definition

Outside Body means a company in which the University has less than a 50% shareholding, directly or indirectly, a government body, another entity not controlled by the University, or an individual who is not a University employee.
Outside Body means any authority other than the court.

  • Public body means a devolved public body listed in Schedule 3 of the Ethical Standards in Public Life etc. (Scotland) Act 2000, as amended.
