Other Recoveries definition

Other Recoveries means any and all payments, collections and recoveries relating to A&P Claims paid on and after the Inception Date, other than (i) Third Party Reinsurance Recoverables and (ii) Retrospective Premiums, and shall include, among other things, any salvage and subrogation received as further set forth in Section 13.1.
Other Recoveries means the proceeds or other amounts realized or that may be realized under any insurance policy or other indemnity or hold harmless agreement (including, without limitation, those indemnity and hold harmless agreements established under the Ellon Acquisition Agreement, Fruitseng Acquisition Agreement and the acquisition agreement entered into (or to be entered into) in order to effect the MikeCo Acquisition).
Other Recoveries shall have the meaning provided in the LPT Reinsurance Agreement.

  • The liability of Insurer in respect of loss or losses covered hereunder shall not be increased by any reason of the inability of the Insured to collect any amounts from Other Recoveries.


More Definitions of Other Recoveries

Other Recoveries means Other Recoverables that are Actually Paid.
Other Recoveries means all Recoveries, including XXXXXXXXXXXX, received by BDI and/or OAC pursuant to BDI IP and/or OAC IP from any third party and shall be split fifty percent (50%) to BDI and fifty percent (50%) to the OIP Group; provided, that (i) the Increased Recovery Amount shall first be paid to BDI unless the additional $1,000,000 payment right under Subsection 3.3(a) has not been realized, in which case the Base Recovery Amount shall first be paid to BDI, and (2) should the $1,000,000 payment right under Subsection 3.3(a) subsequently be realized by the OIP Group, then BDI will recover the next $1,000,000 before the Parties again begin splitting Other Recoveries (this right in BDI to receive the Base * Redacted pursuant to a Request for Confidential Treatment filed with the SEC. Recovery Amount or the Increased Recovery Amount, as applicable, is not part of the 50/50 split and shall not constitute Other Recoveries).

Related to Other Recoveries

  • Net Recoveries means gross Recoveries during any Calendar Quarter minus Reimbursable Expenses during such Calendar Quarter.

  • Recoveries means, with respect to any Liquidated Receivable, monies collected in respect thereof, from whatever source (other than from the sale or other disposition of the Financed Equipment), after such Receivable became a Liquidated Receivable.

  • Cost recovery means collection, upon approval by the commission pursuant to its authority under section4909.15 of the Revised Code, of such documented EDU interconnection costs that are incurred at reasonable levels for prudent purposes and that are over and above the review processing fees set forth in rules 4901:1-22-06 to 4901:1-22-08 of the Administrative Code.

  • REO Income all REO Income received from the Special Servicer;

With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has become the subject of a Deficient Valuation, if the principal amount due under the related Mortgage Note has been reduced, the difference between the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan outstanding immediately prior to such Deficient Valuation and the principal balance of the Mortgage Loan as reduced by the Deficient Valuation. With respect to each Mortgage Loan that has become the subject of a Debt Service Reduction and any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which the principal portion of the related Monthly Payment has been reduced.

  • Net Recovery Any proceeds received by a Servicer on a delinquent or Charged Off Loan (including any Liquidation Proceeds received on a Charged Off Loan), net of any Servicing Fee, Ancillary Income and any other related expenses.

  • Related Assets Any assets held by a Trust the return of which is linked to one or more Underlying Securities and which, if applicable, shall be described in the related Supplement or a schedule thereto.

  • REO Revenues All income, rents, profits and proceeds derived from the ownership, operation or leasing of any REO Property.
