Other Participant Data definition

Other Participant Data means Data Assets submitted into the Data Republic Databases by an Other Participant. Participant means the entity entering into this Agreement, details of which are provided in the party details of this Agreement.

  • Participant ID means each unique identifier assigned to a Participant other than a DMA Customer by BSEF for access to the SEF operated by BSEF.

  • Other Participant means a cooperative project participant other than the United States.

  • A Participant or beneficiary ("claimant") who has not received benefits under the Plan that he or she believes should be paid shall make a claim for such benefits as follows:

  • Lower Tier Participant refers any participant who has entered into a covered transaction with a First Tier Participant or other Lower Tier Participants (such as subcontractors and suppliers).

  • Requesting Participant means a Participant initiating an RFQ.

  • Recordkeeper means a “financial intermediary” as defined in Rule 22c-2 of the Investment Company Act.

  • Voting Participant Notification is defined in Section 11.10(i) hereof.

  • Non-Highly Compensated Participant means any Participant who is neither a Highly Compensated Employee nor a Family Member.
