Other CIF Trust Fund definition

Other CIF Trust Fund means any trust fund administered under the framework of the CIF, other than the SCF.

  • If any Contributor requests its Contribution to be allocated to any Other CIF Trust Fund, in whole or in part pursuant to paragraph 3.2 above, the Contributor shall enter into an arrangement with the trustee of such Other CIF Trust Fund for receipt and administration of the Contributor’s Contribution funds in that trust fund.

  • If any amount shall be returned to the Contributor from the Other CIF Trust Fund in respect of the Other Contribution funds, unless otherwise agreed between the Trustee and the Contributor, such amount shall be returned to the Trust Fund.

  • Grantor Trust means a Trust other than a RIC.

  • Liquidating Trust means the liquidating trust maintained by the Trustee holding the Trust Assets of the Partnership, identified as the "PLM Equipment Growth Fund III Liquidating Trust"; also referred to herein as the "Trust."
