Original Italian Lender definition

Original Italian Lender means each person which is named in Schedule 1 (Lenders and their Commitments) whose Commitment under the Italian Tranche Commitment is greater than zero;
Original Italian Lender has the meaning given to it in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Canadian Lender means any Lender that (a) is a Canadian chartered bank lending and receiving payment through Canadian offices and (b) has a Canadian Commitment.

  • Additional Revolving Lender means any Lender with an Additional Revolving Credit Commitment or any Additional Revolving Credit Exposure.

  • Revolving Loan Lender means a Lender with a Revolving Credit Commitment or a Revolving Loan.

  • Incremental Revolving Credit Lender means a Lender with an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment or an outstanding revolving loan under the Credit Agreement of any class as a result of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment.

  • Swing Loan Lender means PNC, in its capacity as lender of the Swing Loans.

  • Term Loan Lender means a Lender with a Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Term Loan.

  • Revolving Credit Lender means, at any time, any Lender that has a Revolving Credit Commitment at such time.

  • Extending Revolving Lender shall have the meaning given to such term in Section 2.22(a)(iii).

  • U.S. Revolving Lender means a Lender with a U.S. Revolving Commitment or, if the U.S. Revolving Commitments have terminated or expired, a Lender with U.S. Revolving Exposure.

  • New Revolving Credit Lender has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).

  • Tranche B Term Loan Lender means a Lender with a Tranche B Term Loan Commitment or an outstanding Tranche B Term Loan.

  • Revolving Loan Note means a promissory note in the form of Exhibit B-2, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • New Revolving Loan has the meaning specified in Section 2.14(a).
