Contractor shall Collect Organic 322 Materials in Contractor-provided Containers not less than one (1) time per week from Commercial 323 Customers and Transport all Organic Materials to an Organic Materials Processing Facility mutually 324 agreed-upon by the Contractor and County for Processing.

The CONTRACTOR shall cooperate with the operator of any Transfer Station, MRF, Organic Materials Processing Facility or Disposal Facility with regard to operations therein, including, for example, complying with directions from the operator to unload Collection vehicles in designated areas, accommodating to maintenance operations and construction of new facilities, cooperating with its Hazardous Waste exclusion program, and so forth.
Contractor will operate the Organic Materials Processing Facility so that the conditions of the Maximum Vehicle Turnaround are met and the SCWMA’s Transfer Company or Collections Company(ies) vehicles are processed, unloaded and exit without delay from the facility no longer than 30 minutes from arrival at the Contractor’s scales.
On or before the 15th of each month, Contractor will invoice the SCWMA in amounts equal to the applicable Rates listed in Exhibit A for the prior month’s Organic Materials delivered to the Organic Materials Processing Facility.
The Contractor is obligated to receive and deliver materials on days that the Organic Materials Processing Facility is operating (as described in Section 3.5, Days and Hours of Operations).
Contractor will comply with all Permits, including any mitigation measures related to the operation and maintenance of the Organic Materials Processing Facility.
