Examples of Ordinary Share Equivalent in a sentence
For purposes of this Section 11(a)(iii), the value of the Ordinary Shares shall be the Current Market Price (as determined pursuant to Section 11(d) hereof) per Ordinary Share on the Flip-in Trigger Date and the value of any Ordinary Share Equivalent shall be deemed to be the same as the value of the Ordinary Shares on such date.
In addition, the following fees and expenses are specific to the Fund: Establishment Expenses The Fund shall bear its attributable portion of the fees and operating expenses of the Company and the fees and expenses relating to the establishment of the Fund which are not expected to exceed €100,000 and which may be amortised over the first three Accounting Periods of the Fund or such other period as the Directors may determine and in such manner as the Directors in their absolute discretion deem fair.

For any Ordinary Share Equivalent with respect to which a Conversion Price has been adjusted under this subsection (C), no further adjustment of such Conversion Price shall be made solely as a result of the actual issuance of Ordinary Shares upon the actual exercise or conversion of such Ordinary Share Equivalent.
