Convertible Security definition

Convertible Security means one of the Convertible Securities.
Convertible Security means a security of an issuer that is convertible into, or carries the right of the holder to acquire, or of the issuer to cause the acquisition of, a security of the same issuer;
Convertible Security means a security of the Corporation (other than the Warrants) or of any other issuer convertible into or exchangeable for or otherwise carrying the right to acquire Common Shares;

More Definitions of Convertible Security

Convertible Security or “Convertible Securities” means any Security or Securities, as the case may be, which are by their terms convertible into Common Stock.

Convertible Security or “Convertible Securities” means any Security or Securities, as the case may be, which are by their terms convertible into Common Stock, Preferred Stock (which may be represented by depositary shares), other indebtedness of the Company or another obligor, or warrants for Common Stock, Preferred Stock or indebtedness or other securities of any kind of the Company or any other obligor, and the terms and conditions upon which such conversion or exchange shall be effected, including the initial conversion or exchange price or rate, the conversion or exchange period, the manner in which such conversion or exchange shall be effected, applicable adjustments, if any, and any other provision in addition to or in lieu of those described herein.
Convertible Security means any security convertible into or exchangeable for shares of Common Stock of the Company, or any option, warrant or other right to acquire shares of Common Stock of the Company.
