Open item definition

Open item means money held for a party or a case that has not been allocated or posted to a particular account for a scheduled disbursement, including unidentifiable items or bonds.
Open item has the meaning given to it in Paragraph 11.1 of Appendix D (Design Plan) of Schedule 1 (Set Specification and Design);
Open item means such items for which bidder shall provide unit rate price for the mentioned quantities and the supply of the same shall be done after receiving separate written communication / order from HCL.
