Listed Species definition

Listed Species means a species (including a subspecies, or a distinct population segment of a vertebrate species) that is listed as endangered or threatened under FESA or CESA.
Listed Species means those species that are endangered or threatened species (as defined in definition 2.0(a)37, above), or species of special concern (as defined in definition 2.0(a)95, below).
Listed Species means those species designated as candidate, threatened or endangered pursuant to CESA and/or listed as threatened or endangered under FESA.
