One Health Plan definition

One Health Plan means the Republic of South Sudan’s national plan that addresses a shared health threat at the human-animal-environment interface, based on collaboration, communication, and coordination across all relevant sectors and disciplines, with the ultimate goal of achieving optimal health outcomes for both people and animals.
