Omni Investment definition

Omni Investment means the loan in the minimum principal amount of $10,000,000 and the maximum principal amount of $23,000,000 (if the Over-Allotment Option is duly exercised in full) to be made by the Omni Lender to the Borrower pursuant to the Omni Loan Agreement.
Omni Investment means the loans in the aggregate minimum principal amount of $5,000,000 and the aggregate maximum principal amount of $23,000,000 (if the Over-Allotment Option is duly exercised in full) to be made by the Omni Lender to ABO in tranches pursuant to the Omni Loan Agreement, the first tranche of which was advanced on March 23, 2018 in the principal amount of $5,659,000, the second tranche of which was advanced on May 17, 2018 in the principal amount of $2,335,000, the third tranche of which was advanced on May 30, 2019 in the principal amount of $2,428,000, and the fourth tranche of which was advanced on June 28, 2019 in the principal amount of $1,761,000.

  • Receivables Net Investment means the aggregate cash amount paid by the lenders or purchasers under any Permitted Receivables Financing in connection with their purchase of, or the making of loans secured by, Receivables Assets or interests therein, as the same may be reduced from time to time by collections with respect to such Receivables Assets or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Permitted Receivables Documents (but excluding any such collections used to make payments of items included in clause (c) of the definition of Interest Expense); provided, however, that if all or any part of such Receivables Net Investment shall have been reduced by application of any distribution and thereafter such distribution is rescinded or must otherwise be returned for any reason, such Receivables Net Investment shall be increased by the amount of such distribution, all as though such distribution had not been made.

  • Principal Funding Investment Proceeds means, with respect to each Transfer Date, the investment earnings on funds in the Principal Funding Account (net of investment expenses and losses) for the period from and including the immediately preceding Transfer Date to but excluding such Transfer Date.
