First Tranche definition

First Tranche means the amount of the Loan allocated to the category entitled “First Tranche” in the table set forth in Part B of Section II of Schedule 1 to this Agreement.

First Tranche means the portion of the proceeds of the Loan in an amount not exceeding the equivalent of twenty million two hundred twenty five thousand Special Drawing Rights (SDR 20,225,000) to be withdrawn and utilized pursuant to and subject to the provision of paragraph 5 of Schedule 3 to this Loan Agreement;

First Tranche means 106,500 of the Restricted Shares (of which 35,500 shall constitute Bonus Restricted Shares), for which the Performance Condition will be satisfied upon achievement of the First Performance Hurdle;

• The Company and the Bookrunner will determine, in their absolute discretion, the allocation of Placing Shares between First Tranche Placing Shares and Second Tranche Placing Shares.

• During the year ended September 30, 2022, 29,285 DSUs (the "First Tranche DSUs") vested in full, having met the First Tranche DSUs vesting conditions.

First Tranche means the portion of the proceeds of the Loan in an amount not exceeding one hundred million dollars (US$100,000,000) to be initially withdrawn and utilized;
